It is interesting that on the TV show Conspiracy Theory a women speaks of a chemical that is put in food that is supposed to kill the majority of our population on this planet. From the words that are said there is only to be government officials, fortune 500 companies, people that have a extraordinary high income etc. are to be the ones left so that they can make to world the way they want it to be. The sad part is that we don't take up our right to bare arms and put a stop the this and rewrite the constitution like we should have along time ago.

Because the main purpose of government is, and always has been, to maintain the privilege of a certain few. Doing this involves having to keep everyone else down, either keeping them in poverty, stealing their land and resources or any of the other methods of government, so that the chosen few can maintain and extend their privilege. The theory is slightly more complicated than that but that is it in a nutshell.
