Release date of Dark Souls 3

If you’re a Dark Souls fan and want to know when the game will be released, then you’ve come to the right place! The release date for Dark Souls 3 is April 12th, 2016.

If you pre-ordered the game through either Amazon or GameStop then you will get additional content included with your purchase. This additional content includes:

Fire Fades Dynamic Theme – Exclusive early access to an alternate version of this dynamic theme for all three platforms – PS4™ system / Xbox One / PC/Steam
Ashes of Ariandel DLC Pack – A completely new adventure into a land of snow and death that lies beyond the borders of Drangleic. Explore never before seen areas, defeat brand new bosses and conquer them in order to gain their strength as weapons!

3 editions to choose from

Dark Souls 3 will be available in three editions:

Standard (base game + Ashes of Ariandel DLC)
Game of the Year Edition (includes all previously released DLC and expansions, including Ashes of Ariandel)
Digital Deluxe Edition (includes the base game, all previously released DLC and expansions, as well as an exclusive digital soundtrack)

Exclusive bonus content

To pre-order Dark Souls III, you will receive a digital code to unlock the exclusive Black Armor Weapons Pack. However, this bonus content is only available for a limited time and will be removed from your account if not claimed before March 1, 2016. If you decide to pre-order Dark Souls III digitally (via Steam or PSN), you will still get the Black Armor Weapons Pack but it won’t be unlocked until launch day on April 12th. This means that if you purchase Dark Souls III digitally, please make sure your PS4 or Xbox One console has enough storage space for this DLC pack!
