Once you have confirmed your attendance at an exhibition and sorted out your Exhibition stand hire you will need to start thinking about what items you might want to take with you. Leaflets – having some leaflets on your stand that talk about the products and services that you offer can be a great way to pass on information to people who might not have time to stand and talk. They are also an excellent opportunity to pass on a discount specifically for those who have attended the event.

Business Cards – exhibitions can get very busy, and it is essential that you take some business cards with you. This will allow you to pass on a card to anyone who comes to speak to you at the stand and will give them the opportunity to have a further discussion with you after the event.

Bags – people inevitably get given lots of things at exhibitions, so providing a free branded bag can be a great way to get your business in front of new people, especially as, as the day goes on, they will be looking for ways to carry all the leaflets and items they have collected from all the stands, around.
